With over 15 years of experience, we have established ourselves as the leading provider of event and operational medical services in the District of Columbia, setting the benchmark for excellence in the field.

Our services

Four service areas.

Advanced medical support

As a fully licensed and insured ALS EMS agency, we provide specialized medical services beyond those of traditional medical staffing firms. Our capabilities extend to supporting large-scale operations with a highly qualified team of healthcare professionals. Provider levels: Emergency Medical Technician (EMT — BLS), Registered Nurse (RN — ALS), Paramedic (NRP — ALS), Advanced Practice Provider (PA/NP), and Physician (MD/DO).

Medical oversight & direction

All personnel operate under the direct medical oversight of GW Emergency Physicians, with 24/7 access to the GW Hospital Level One Trauma Center, ensuring the highest standard of care and medical decision-making.

Comprehensive medical planning

Our team provides expert guidance on medical preparedness and operational strategy: resource allocation and staffing recommendations, patient tracking and incident reporting systems, crisis management and emergency response planning, regulatory compliance and permit acquisition, and coordination with local, state, and federal agencies.

Regulatory compliance & permitting

As a certified DC EMS Agency, GW Operational Medicine ensures full compliance with local and federal regulations for event medical services. We meet the District of Columbia’s permitting requirements for Medical Aid Stations at special events, ensuring seamless approval and operational readiness.

Deployment capabilities

Scalable to any event.

To accommodate the unique demands of each event, we offer a range of deployment options.
